Those of you interested in organics and the environment might be interested in the recent BusinessWeek article, Why the Stink Over China’s Organic Food? After reading it myself, along with two local Kunming blogs about the piece, I agree that the stink over China’s organic food is mostly perpetuated by unbalanced articles like BusinessWeek’s that focus on what the critics have to say.

If you’ve ever been curious what information was divulged in an interview besides what made it into an article, today’s your luck day. Even Pay, the fellow in Kunming who was quoted in the piece, wrote an entry about her email interview with BusinessWeek on her blog Migrant Worker. The GoKunming site also added its two cents here.
